SMALL ABSEILING / RAPPELLING
Arrival at the Extreme Team camp.
Preparation for ABSEILING / RAPPELLING – equipping and leaving personal belongings in a safe place in the camp premises.
Transportation (about 10 minutes) to the starting point of the walking (1 km) to the natural phenomenon Kameni most (Stone Bridge) where abseiling/rappelling is organized.
Equipping participants, setting up technical equipment and system security check.
Guide's safety talk (5-10 minutes).
Descending 40m down from the Stone Bridge one person at a time.
During this tour, 2 descents are possible:
- Safe descent down a 40m along a vertical rock 1x
- Safe descent down the 40m along the hole of the Stone Bridge (empty space)
- Recording with a GoPro camera
Descending on the hole of the Stone Bridge is not mandatory - if someone does not want to, they can descend twice down the vertical rock or opposite.
After abseiling/rappelling tour, equipment packing and walking to the starting point where transport to the camp is provided.
Upon arrival at the camp (shower if desired), change of clothes, take of personal belongings and optional stay on the beach if lunch/dinner at the camp has been previously reserved.
In the event that weather or other conditions threaten the safety of people on abseiling/rappelling tour, the guide has the right to make a decision to stop the tour or to ensure people's safety in some other way - all the guide's decisions must be respected!

PICNIC ON THE ROCK
Arrival at the Extreme Team camp.
Preparation for PICNIC ON THE ROCK – equipping and leaving personal belongings in a safe place in the camp premises.
Transportation (about 20 minutes) to the starting point of the hike - the village of Mali Prnjavor on mountain Manjača.
Taking equipment and hiking to the Amphitheater viewpoint (about 15 minutes).
Equipping participants, setting up technical equipment and system security check.
Guide's safety talk (5-10 minutes).
Descending people with technical equipment and ropes to the picnic spot.
Then follows a stay at a beautiful place on the rock - about 300m above the Vrbas river, where you spend some time with a barbecue and socializing.
During the picnic on the rock, it is possible to:
- Safe descent down a rock
- Safely spend some time on an inaccessible 300m high rock with a wonderful view of the Vrbas river below and the natural beauties of the surroundings
- Eat traditional Banja Luka "ćevapi" or vegan "ćevapi", drink non-alcoholic beer or juice and listen to music with friends
- Recording with a GoPro camera
- Shooting with a drone (only if a drone is available)
After the picnic on the rock, packing the equipment and then abseiling/rappeling down the rock to the hiking trail and back to the starting point where transport to the camp is provided.
Upon arrival at the camp (shower if desired), change of clothes and take of personal belongings.
In the event that weather or other conditions threaten the safety of people on a picnic on the rock, the guide has the right to make a decision to stop the tour or to ensure people's safety in some other way - all the guide's decisions must be respected!

BIG ABSEILING / RAPPELLING
Arrival at the Extreme Team camp.
Preparation for ABSEILING/RAPPELLING – equipment and leaving personal belongings in a safe place in the camp premises.
Transportation (about 20 minutes) to the starting point of the hike - the village of Mali Prnjavor on mountain Manjača.
Taking equipment and hiking to the Amphitheater viewpoint (about 15 minutes).
Equipping participants, setting up technical equipment and system security check.
Guide's safety talk (5-10 minutes).
Descending 100m down the rock one person at a time.
During the abseiling/rappelling tour, it is possible to:
- Safe descent down a 100m cliff
- Recording with a GoPro camera during the entire descent
After descending the rock, another guide takes over the belaying to the hiking trail that leads to the starting point where transport to the camp is provided.
Upon arrival back at the camp (shower if desired), change of clothes, take of personal belongings and optional stay on the beach if lunch/dinner at the camp has been previously reserved.
In the event that weather or other conditions threaten the safety of people on abseiling/rappelling tour, the guide has the right to make a decision to stop the tour or to ensure people's safety in some other way - all the guide's decisions must be respected!

SPORT CLIMBING
Arrival at the Extreme Team camp.
Preparation for SPORT CLIMBING – equipping and leaving personal belongings in a safe place in the camp premises.
Transportation (about 10 minutes) to the starting point of the hike.
Walking (about 5 minutes) to the climbing sector.
Equipping participants, setting up technical equipment and system security check.
Guide's safety talk (5-10 minutes).
Climbing easy routes using the "top rope" technique, which is considered the safest climbing technique because when the climber stops holding onto the rock, there is no free fall, but remains in the same place where he/she stopped climbing.
The climbing routes are made for people who have never climbed before, so that they can experience a real climbing adventure without it being too difficult for them.
During the sport climbing tour, it is possible to:
- Safe climbing of several easy sport climbing routes of various difficulty grades
- Recording with a GoPro camera
After climbing, taking the equipment and going down to the place where transport to the camp is provided.
Upon arrival at the camp (shower if desired), change of clothes, take of personal belongings and optional stay on the beach if lunch/dinner at the camp has been previously reserved.
